We're Making It Easier For You

Virgin Atlantic's Agents Club was created to reward you for making us the carrier of choice from the Caribbean to the UK and while we have had some problems, we are doing all we can to make sure you know how much we appreciate your hard work.

We want you to have your points updated regularly, have the best reward options to choose from and to have your purchases redeemed in a timely manner, so we've made a few changes, which are outlined below in order to ensure that we are as efficient as possible.

Our telephones are frequently overwhelmed and we want to make sure that you can reach us easily and have your queries dealt with promptly, so please send all your queries to beverley.layne@fly.virgin.com. 

Purchases will now be redeemed monthly and deliveries made at the end of each month in all islands.

Your newsletter will be updated bi-monthly to keep you up to date with all the latest news, specials and Agents lub information.

Missing Points

We have been working hard to get your points up to date, however some of you are still reporting missing transactions and while there may be some technical problems we have investigated and found that some agents are entering the membership number information in the bookings incorrectly.  Please remember to enter your membership in the OSI field using the following format: 

3 OSI (space) VS (space) CTARS (space) Your agents club number.

Please note there should be no spaces in the number

E.g OSI VS CTARS 9797970000000000

Remember to check your points frequently and let us know immediately if there are missing transactions.

Our Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse Lounge at Gatwick isnow re-opened and fully refreshed with a Cowshed spa and a Bumble and Bumble hair salon - make sure your passengers know all about it - see our website for photos.

Our new baggage policy come into effect on 25th November 2009. Its easy 1, 2, 3 - 1 piece of 23 kilos in economy, 2 pieces in premium economy at 23 kilos and 3 pieces of 23 kilos in Upper Class. Additional pieces can be purchased when you use our on-line check in at reduced rates.
